By accessing or using the website computerrepairroswell.com or by bringing your device to Computer Repair Roswell for service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

About Our Services

Computer Repair Roswell provides PC and Mac repair services including, but not limited to, diagnostics, virus removal, OS reinstallation, hardware repair, screen and battery replacement, data recovery, and storage upgrades. All repairs are performed in-house at our Roswell, GA location — devices never leave our shop for service.

No-Fix, No-Fee Guarantee

If we cannot successfully complete the agreed repair, you will not be charged for labor. Exceptions include:

• Diagnostic fees, which may apply for deep-level assessments even when repair is not feasible
• Cases where the customer declines a recommended repair after diagnosis
• Situations where parts have already been ordered at the customer's direction

Details of this guarantee will be confirmed in writing at the time of drop-off.

Estimates and Pricing

Price estimates provided before or after diagnosis are good-faith approximations based on the information available at the time. Final charges may vary if additional issues are discovered during repair. We will notify you of any significant cost changes before proceeding. Pricing listed on our website is subject to change without notice.

Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Repair times may be affected by parts availability, the complexity of the issue, or volume at the shop. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

90-Day Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our work with a 90-day warranty on all labor performed. If the same issue recurs within 90 days of the completed repair, we will re-service the device at no additional labor charge. This warranty covers workmanship only and does not cover:

• New or unrelated hardware failures
• Physical damage or liquid damage that occurs after pick-up
• Software issues caused by user actions (e.g., malware re-infection, OS updates)
• Parts sourced by the customer

Customer Data and Backups

We take care when handling your device and data, but we strongly recommend backing up all important files before bringing your device in for service. Computer Repair Roswell is not liable for loss of data that occurs during repair, including data lost due to hardware failure, necessary drive formatting, or circumstances outside our control. Data recovery services are available separately and are subject to their own terms.

Abandoned Devices

Devices left at our shop for more than 30 days after we have notified you that service is complete (or that the device is not repairable) may be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of or recycle abandoned devices after providing reasonable notice.

The content on this website — including text, images, pricing information, and articles — is provided for general informational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Computer Repair Roswell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or damage to hardware beyond what was present at drop-off. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific repair shall not exceed the amount you paid us for that repair.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
